This Villa has many terraces and a lovely garden plus a barbecue and a nice pool.

The outside spaces allow for everyone to have their own tiem and place. A lovely layout.

There are sunbeds and outside dining areas. In addition to the dining room and the garden dining area there is a covered dining area on the terrace providing shade.

The villa is about 10-15 minutes from the market town of Kyparissia with the sea and mountains on either side.

The city of Kiparissia is an old historical city with ancient walls and a castle. From here the first ship was sent to the Trojan War. It has a very beautiful historical old part of town around the castle. The area has a multitude of archaeological sites including Olympia, Nestor's Palace, Temple of Vasses, Ancient Messinia, Nafplio and many many more.

There is also an external shower as well as a bath in the bathroom. Once a week the pool service comes to you and if you want any extra services like house cleaning, meal deliveries, special pool service, trip planning etc it can all be arranged as an extra.
