These two villas are across teh track from each other (1 minute apart on foot) and make a perfect pair if you want two families or a large group to share a holiday.

Villa Margarita has a sunning infinity pool and loads of outside terraces and dining space so would probably be teh social focus of teh holiday. Helena's Villa has a plunge pool and is in an equally beautiful setting with wonderful views.

You can rent both houses individually or together.

Villa Margarita has a tropical oasis of a garden, nurtured over many years. There are 6 different terraces on different levels all integrated with a beautiful infinity pool. The house has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms though one bathroom can also work as an extra guest room. There is a very large living area with a small quiet area or study area as well as a kitchen. The equipment of the house is first class with air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo, washing machine, dryer and also telephone and internet connection if requested.

Helena's Villa is set on the side of a hill with wonderful views of the Ionian Sea & beaches. Outside on the terrace is a dunking pool when the 5 minute drive to the sea is just too much!

The villas are about 10-15 minutes from the market town of Kyparissia with the sea and mountains on either side.

The city of Kiparissia is an old historical city with ancient walls and a castle. From here the first ship was sent to the Trojan War. It has a very beautiful historical old part of town around the castle. The area has a multitude of archaeological sites including Olympia, Nestor's Palace, Temple of Vasses, Ancient Messinia, Nafplio and many many more.

There are also external showers as well as internal baths & showers in the bathrooms. Once a week the pool service comes to you and if you want any extra services like house cleaning, meal deliveries, special pool service, trip planning etc it can all be arranged as an extra.
