There is no better location in Nafplion than this house. It is up one of the flights of old stone steps behind the main square. Within walking distance of everything in Nafplion including all the wonderful restaurants.

It is a great base for sightseeing and beach holidays. From Nafplio you can see Epidavros, Mycenae, Monemvassia, Sparta, Ancient Tyrins, Corinth, Argos and more!

If you are looking for the house in Nafplio amidst the ancient and winding lanes and stone steps then just ask for The Hotel Ilion and you will find it. It is the big yellow house across the way.

Nafplion is a wonderful place to visit for children and adults because the children have enormous freedom as most of the old town is sectioned off from motor cars, while the adults can enjoy a taste of Athenians enjoying there very own Riviera with style and time in equal measure.

Karathona - the best and largest beach in the region is 10 minutes away and the owners use it every day when they stay as it is perfect for familes, kids and swimming.

The house has been lovingly restored keeping as much of the traditional features and feel as possible. This is Haute Bohemia with a Greek Twist - original Greek marble in the kitchen sink, walls of old blue cooking pans lined up, beautiful wooden benches and beds.

There is air conditioning and central heating in every room - the house is comfortable all year round. There is also broadband Wi-Fi throughout the house and garden.

The upstairs floor consists of the main double bedroom and 4 further singles plus the bathroom. An external staircase then takes you down to the main living area with large kitchen/dining room, guest double bedroom, guest toilet and shower, sitting room.

The beautiful garden with orange trees for shade and children's swings plus views acrosss the roofs to the sea will be just the place to unwind with a cool drink after a walk around the many sites of Nafplion.
