To secure
a booking :
50%
of total (rental amount plus cleaning fee) must be transferred
Remaining 50% must be transferred up to two weeks prior to arrival or
it becomes payable in cash on arrival

Prices :
All prices quoted are for up to 4 adults. Extra people may incur an extra charge (but not on The Old Stone House or Old Olive House.)
The end cleaning/turn around fee is also quoted for a maximum of 4 adults per
unit and costs 15 Euro extra for each person over 4 people.
Bookings of less than 4 nights are possible but they incur a 25%
supplement.
Check In/Out:
Check-In
is normally from 3pm
Check-Out
is normally before 12 midday
If you have difficult arrival or departure times let us know
and we will try and help.
NB. If you
arrive after 8pm, a charge of 15 Euro per hour waiting time will
be payable locally to Margarita for out-of-hours duty.
A
returnable deposit of 250 Euro is payable in cash on arrival.It
will be transferred back into your account one day after departure
if everything is in order.
Please
do respect the property and leave it in the same condition you found
it in.

feel free to call her on 6937 184 684 BUT ONLY BETWEEN 9am and 8pm!!
Once you
request a booking:
1.We will send you details on where to transfer the deposit.
2. Once you have transferred the deposit we will send you a confirmation
sheet
3. Please advise us AS SOON AS YOU KNOW of your expected arrival
time otherwise we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet you at
that time.
4. Remember to transfer the final 50% no later than two weeks before
your arrival date
5. Please also let the property manager (Margarita) know when you
have landed in The Peloponnese/Athens so she knows whether your
arrival is running to schedule and can discuss exact meeting place
(usually the small village of Kalo Nero just before Kyparissia).
She speaks English, Greek and German.
Cancellation
and Holiday Insurance
Please note: you must be responsible for taking out holiday insurance
before you leave your home country.
Neither Villatopia nor the owner will be held responsible for injury
or accidents occurring whilst you are away.
You arrangement is with the owner and it is a private arrangement
between you and them. Villatopia is acting as conduit only.
In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-returnable, though
any further payments will be reimbursed in full if more than 4 weeks
are left prior to arrival. Deposits lost through cancellation may
be reclaimable through your insurance company.
