This is a wonderful spot. At the end of the road and next to the old church in Upper Blemenyani.

Great views of the sea and the mountains and perfect as it is for a small family or with great potential for expansion if interested. (Architects plans available of one possible expansion plan.)

There are only 4 or 5 houses in the whole of upper Blemenyani and you are more likely to be woken by a cockerel than humans or traffic here.

The house leads of the old plateia which actually only has the church and one other house on it but it feels somehow the center of this small place.

Beautiful flowers surround the entrance which leads directly into a small kitchen and larder.

Then an arch leads you down some steps into the main room which is large with a wooden vaulted ceiling.

On either side you have a bedroom and a bathroom ( 2 of each.)

Ahead you have the terraces with BBQ and steps lead down to the olive grove where a nice pool could easily be added.
